The daily star article probably did help but to see so many players form hit the roof I think something must have gone off behind the scenes. They all look like they want to play and you can clearly see a much improved team spirit.

An excellent 80 minute performance. Effort in abundance from everyone. So pleasing to see the spirit when Leeds had a spell second half. To limit them to one try was as good to see as some of those wonderful tries. Plus it always feels good to beat the old enemy - and by a decent margin too. Long may it continue, well done Trinity!

Confidence plays a huge part in all sports and when you’re really down on it and in a bit of a rut it’s hard to get out of, especially when we had so many disruptions and the fixture list being unkind.

To get that confidence back we needed any kind of win which we got against Huddersfield and it just looks like a huge weight has come off the whole group the last two games.

I’d also say getting our top players back in has made a huge difference...Fifita, who looked much more match fit tonight and led the pack superbly...why fans expected him to perform at his best straight away after not playing for 3-4 months is difficult to understand? Arona is another massively influential player...slowly the balance of the side has looked better...

Battye has also brought a real energy with him (hope we can sort a deal for him) and the likes of the young players Crowther, Walker, Batch have also brought energy and desire...

I’d go back to confidence though...makes a massive difference...

I’ve been critical of Miller but god I loved that tackle on Luke Gale in the first half.

Miller's efforts have been remarkable as have all the squad. Max has been standout Big Dave looks to be back on song infact I'm over the moon with everyone's efforts what a turnaround. Nice to see Chester smiling after all the stick he's had but the team have shown who's side they are on without doubt.
