Finn has his limitations, but he's a known quailty, he offers a decent kicking game and plenty of experience. Can't be costing a fortune, so on paper worth having around, ie. another option. Hopefully he'll be just that an option and we'll be signing of another half back as well. Maybe the oppertunity to take a risk on someone else? Could Wildie be cover for hooker or Scrum half? Sykes and Finn as the main option can't be the only option.

Tim Smith is one of the best passers of the ball in the game IMHO but couldn't tackle and could have taken the line on more often. Liam Finn if signed could be looked at as a back up for scrum half/hooker to Wildie and Mcshane? With Wildie playing at 7? Still no news regarding Kay other than he's rejected a contract offer. Some have suggested he's signed for Leigh yet they have not announced it. What ever he, or his agent, was wanting theres a decent chance it will be comparable or even less than what the alternatives are likely to want, particularly if they're coming over from Australia

to be fair i think it is a great release from the pressures of life and is far less damaging than kicking the dog or arguing with your partner.

IMO the forum has been good recently with lots of optimism and positivity. Glad agent XIII isn't here any more and no negativity in every post by a couple of others. Long may it continue

The lad expressed his opinion on a potential signing and what the team needs. He never forced it down anyone's neck as been fact. I do think this reply was ott.

On finn I would see no harm in him signing as backup for pivot positions. I don't have him down as key player material but would be more than happy if he proves me wrong.
