Carter's not transfer listed him had he?
Other than that I'm guessing Kirmond may have been sold?

I dread to think if it is worse than what has happened so far! Only thing I can think of is Danny Kirmond to Salford/Huddersfield/Leeds/St Helens...??

| Quote: Jizzer "If our current chairman was indeed incharge of doing the books until the end of last year, he still wasn't calling the shots was he......merely doing the paper work so to speak?'"
Our chairman was a director at the club and also responsible for the accounts in the last year or so. He also says he has invested £300K in the club.
This would have given him total access to everything that was going on and if there wasn't anything he did not know he was in the perfect position to find out.
He has stated on here that he is not a very rich man therefore I would have thought if he had put £300K into the club he would have watched it very closely indeed. I do not accept that he did not know what was going on. However if what he says is true and he was not aware of how the club was being run, then this raises one question. If he was stupid enough to put in £300K and not keep tabs on the situation, is he capable of running the club now ?
So far all the MC has done is constantly asset strip and run the club down. When I see him actually building something
and starting to make positive developments for the future I may become a little more at ease with him being in charge. However right now the guy really worries me.

I don't see the point in raising the question, or any of teh questions Agent XIII raises for one main reason. He is the only one willing to do it. Whether he knew something or not, he is the only one wanting to fix it.
Why would you need to question that. Just give what support you can.

Sadly your not the only one who is feeling like that, hence people are keeping their money in their pocket causing the snowball effect to increase.

Thats pretty much i how see it,i see him as part of the problem, not part of the solution.
The only evidence ive seen so far, points to someone trying to recoup some of their initial investment.
People suggesting MC is trying to fix the situation..............Is he ?? Is he really??
Or is he just trying to rescue as much as he can personally from the wreckage??
It just doesnt make sense(unless youve money to burn or are a Trinity fanatic) and i dont believe MC is either, yet he tells us"hes put his house on the line"and people believe hes working his fingers to the bone to put little old Wakefield in a stable position.
He keeps us in Super League for one more season, but operates on a champioship budget,he knows full well it will result in probable relegation, but we still get the sky money and additional gate money etc for one more year. The agony is simply just delayed for the supporters whilst the investors try to recoup some of their investment.

i get your point but what is the alternative? Nobody else it seems wants to run/buy the club, so if mc walked away, what then?

We head off up that creek this year rather than next.

| All i can see is a meltdown of the club, at this point we have one season left in us, not a team left to compete in SL. Then when we drop out of the league, and we will with what we have left, god help us because the people going through the gates will be the diehards. RFL will shut the door on us and i think everyone on here knows that. The league will drop to 10 and all the big boys will be happy, what you will have left is a strong chamionship for the first time with us in it.
