Hasn't everyone got bored of the "who's sharing whose imaginary stadium" threads yet?
The only interesting thing here is how Cas fans were outraged when the previous 'evil' regime at Wakefield dismissed out of hand the kind offer of the white knights of Castleford to "share" their stadium. They gained lots of postive press from this and fans from other clubs, and even sky, still regurgitate this myth.
It was a non-starter. We had no money to put into it and at best we would have been paying tenants in a stadium in Cas, owned by Cas, until we "merged" or went bust.
Now the same cas fans are up in arms at a suggestion that they could share a community stadium (not Wakefield's) which would be located between the current two sites. The site is neither in Cas nor the City of Wakefield.
It's not as if we'd be asking for cash, or for you to abandon your own stadium plans.
Anyway, as yet, neither stadium exists, or is going to, in the forseeable future, we'd both be better off spending time looking at our prospective plan Bs.

my answer would be.... cas have not built stadium either in the 3 years had franchise so should also lose franchise. |

To be honest any thread topic based on either stadium is only ever going to end up going one way. |
