| Quote Inflatable_Armadillo="Inflatable_Armadillo"I am not quite sure why you don't just say what you mean mate?
Sir Rodney is Chairman of Goals Soccer Centres [urlhttp://www.goalsfootball.co.uk/[/url and allmatt thinks that Sir Rodney might want to build one at Newmarket.
I am not quite sure why it matters, if he does good luck to him, of course getting planning for one under a reserved matters application would be easy, given that sports facilities are permitted development in green-belt anyway!
'"
A Goals Soccer Centre would be more than welcome. Wakefield is pretty barren when it comes to sporting facilities so the more the merrier.

That's it exactly- If Sir Rod has his eye on a bit of the development then that is why he found £160 grand lying around to keep WTWC afloat. ( Not to mention his shareholding) If they had gone under Newmarket would not suceed even if it was sent back by the SoS.
As for nothing sinister in it - well

In all walks of life some people in this world are good at pulling the wool over some peoples eyes.'"
for god's sake when you going to stop this ongoing campaign, do you honestly think we are daft enough to not realise that its a case of scratching backs, that's the way life goes on
can only think its a case of jealousy or frustration that your club hasn't received a generous handout or bitterness that we have survived to fight another day, and if that's the case then your a very sad person for wanting the sport to loose teams
just for once look at the bigger picture or would you like to go back to living in caves

| Things are only sinister if they are concealed. It has always been the case that Newmarket is about the stadium. The fact that the building of the stadium has to be done first is an indicator of that. By coupling it with other things, an investor has been found who can also benefit. The links have always been there for all to see and so nothing sinister.
I think you're trying to catch shadows here.

Would you like us to stop trying for a new ground and carry on playing at Belle Vue for the rest of our days?
Then you'd be moaning about how rubbish our dump of a stadium is and that there's no light in the gents and that there are no baby changing facilities and that small kids can't see the game without standing on blocks and that the terraces are dropping to bits etc etc etc

like you say its been open from the start and isn't Castleford now looking at the same way about building using a trust ?

No response to these questions Amber old lad?
Moving things on a tad, exactly how many business men would you trust especially those involved with sports clubs?
