Why would it be only a specific area?

There was a queue for the north stand and a queue for the east stand at the shop this morning

I don't know that's why I asked the question I was just a walk up last season because of work commitments and I want a season ticket for the Neil Fox stand this time round but will have to wait till the 2nd of Nov so hence the concern about maybe not being able to get one if they all go, HTH.

You should be ok but, IIRC, the North Stand was sold out last season so, if everyone renews before the deadline, you may not get in there.
Just make sure that your at the front of the queue (either in person or online).

I'm getting the same message...tried both my email addresses and re-set my password but just get directed to the Contact Form....looks like we'll have to go to the shop tomorrow

**Edit - just tried again and it logged me straight in and I've successfully renewed our Northstand tickets **

I went on yesterday and it was too busy so I sacked it off.

Will try later today as I’m only renewing my two seats.

Couple people joining us moving from north stand to east for 2025 which is good.

Has anyone managed to download their season ticket? Just tried to download mine and it’s not doing it

Have you downloaded the app, works fine from there. Also no need to download either.

I’ve had a bit of chew with mine.. I did it through the app, paid by Apple Pay … although it said that I’d made a transaction it didn’t show up in my tickets… I emailed the club (sat) . They replied that it might be just timings… sure enough it has now shown up when I looked this morning…
They told me to contact the club if it didn’t rectify itself..

Also had an issue with the OTP that the app sends…
So I use the password instead and there no problem

Bought mine on Saturday morning after logging on to the app. Season tickets bought and downloaded in less then a minute, no issues whatsoever.

I've got an email with the download attached but was expecting to have to go and collect an actual plastic card from the shop like we have done in the past ??
