He is still young in his coaching tenure and although this year hasn’t gone great for a number of combining factors it Apelgarth himself I would imagine will become stronger for it. Even from a bad experience you can learn if you have the right attitude.

Long is definitely contracted for next season. Nothing to do with Ellis this was a decision made by our BOD.
If Ellis doesn't want him, then it will cost to end his contract.

Surely he had some say. If MC is handing out contracts for next year at this stage without Ellis' input then something must be wrong.

I see he believes he is the right man to guide the club next season.

Ellis is on the advisory board so is across all those decisions.

I believe that he must be half decent coach ,just not had the players for the season to do him justice. My thinking for this that a poor coach is soon hou ded out by the players and they stop putting effort in. From what I see is that the effort has been there just not the availability or speed. I will go against the grain here and if he stays on will do a good job.

I guess once Matthew Ellis is in control we will hand over our season ticket money and he'll do what he sees fit.

Are you sure season tickets for next season are available ? I haven't seen any offers and technically we still don't which division we will be in.

We can't know what the price for tickets will be or how many games there are yet.
