Thing is MC as dealt with a threat of Admin in the correct manner, by selling untill the debts are paid and thats been tough going, maybe you can see why he's not being harsh.

Bradford Bulls could have done the same and cleared the decks could they not.

I've read the article on sky sports news and MC has called this bang on and I think getting it out in the public domain was of huge bearing.
It would be interesting to here the views of the other SL chairmen on this matter also.

On Backchat they stated that Wakefield are in serious financial trouble again. Maybe Mr Carter is just doing his job and doing his best to protect them from a relegation that could finish them. Every chairman would do the same.

There was nothing of the sort mentioned on Backchat?

Didn't see backchat, are they saying we have new serious financial troubles or just stating the obvious regarding our plight over the past six months?

There was nothing mentioned about any current troubles on backchat, just reference to the clubs previous issues over the last few months whilst they were commenting on the Bradford situation and MC's comments on it.

Phil Clarke made a quote on boots n all if the thats what the poster means, words to the effect of 'we have heard that there is a lot of problems and difficulty at the moment at wakefield'. Although that could just be poor wording referring to previous issues.

Maybe so, we have no cash cow and we're having problems capacity wise, so yeah it is a problem, but hopefully nothing new!

I guess a major problem has been a lack of home games so far this season, although with the capacity issue it may well be a blessing in disguise providing we ride it out ok.

I still find it odd that Daddycool doesn't pop up as much as he used to do, at one point he'd have been on here either denying or confirming rumours like this.

I suppose that is the down side of him posting on here. As soon as a rumour surfaces which isn't shot down by him then it gathers momentum. Whilst not exaxtly rolling in cash i doubt things are an issue given his comments at the last fans meeting about 3 weeks ago.

Isn't MC on holiday at present? Hence no comments
