Just watched the a jets game vs WSM last season.
Uele was a very strong runner making plenty of yards and busting tackles. They played wide after a couple of his carries and got the ball to the wing to score a try. I hope we utilise him in the same way because he could be pretty destructive in the championship.
Wonder if he can get that big young lad Taku Hua over here who’s on a development contract at Cronulla. 6ft 5 and 114 kilo only just turned 22 and highlights look like he’s got an offload in him.

I'm sure they are looking at someone but I just mean it's not like this journalist knows something. He's just using that old comment to draw a conclusion we already know.

Ellis said he has put aside 100k for a player. Let’s see what happens, David Nofoaluma has just left the tigers. Although we probably don’t need a winger, just shows what quality can drop out of the NRL through the season.

We left squad numbers 17 and 18 empty didn't we for a couple of future signings. Since then Vagana will probably take one of those I presume, but as the club says if they find the right guy, there's potential for one more to come in before the season starts. As PB above said they've left a good bit of cash to one side to get someone of good quality anyway.

Think he’s got some quality looking game stats and appears robbed player with a great engine. The players that you want are players the other club doesn’t want to go. Speaks volumes that. |

That’s NSW stats but they are high quality. He has a high work rate, high tackle efficiency and metres etc. lad just seems to have a big engine on paper and you don’t get coaches player for no reason.
We will have to wait and see I guess.
