Quote: chissitt "Just be grateful your a cas fan steady it's far less complicated and less stressful, it would be far easier to breech the official secret's act than get a whiff of what's happening here, I'll bet Stalin, Churchill, and Roosavelt didn't have as bigger problem when they carved up Berlin.'"

Two decent seasons has certainly been enjoyable, but as fans at clubs like ours we know that the longer it goes on then the harder the inevitable fall will be!

It's as frustrating as he'll having no news of negotiations but having had a bit of experience with tricky negotiations I know that a wrong word however innocent and well-meaning can completely wreck the whole thing. Same with revealing things before others are ready. Any trust that may have been built up simply vanishes. I'll just have to trust those involved..... And I do.

Doesn't make the waiting any easier though!

Some of you are beginning to come across issues that we have been dealing with for quite sometime. Whilst it's easy to have a dig at us for not being able to spill more beans we have been working hard to position ourselves carefully and arm ourselves with as much knowledge of our options as possible. We continue to fight the corner of this club and its fans in this battle.

Only because some people trawl obscure websites, oh & then it finally goes to press, the majority of us just feed on the scraps, as that’s all there ever is.

Quote: TRB "Whilst it's easy to have a dig at us for not being able to spill more beans we have been working hard to position ourselves carefully and arm ourselves with as much knowledge of our options as possible.'"

Without having a dig, what does this statement actually mean in relation to the latest events?

That was never in question.

Does Mr Carter have a clue what your doing, because things appear to be moving on while your dealing with these clandestine meetings of yours, it would seem he's moving on and it appears he's trying to buy a ground for us, whether that's purely out of frustration or maybe after all this time he's got all the knowledge he needs and that's the only option he has, one way or another I'll bet he'll be more forthcoming with his next bulletin.

I would guess it's a case of not having all your eggs in one basket mixed with a possible sound long term investment.

I am not Michaels keeper, nor ever will be, but Michael is fully involved in the process involving the Trust and is involved in the current process taking place. I am sure that he will do whatever he feels is necessary to protect his / the clubs interests.

The news that the ground is for sale was expected, and will hopefully lead to some acceleration of the process.

I speak for myself, but also as a member of the Trust, which includes Jonathan Stone, Sir Rodney, David Hinchliffe, Eric Timmins, Michael and Chris. Ian Bramley also attends as a visitor only so as to be independent of the Trust in certain actions. If you have any doubts as the actions or direction of the Trust I would hope that you can see from these names that each one of them is very much a supporter of our club (well almost all!). We have had our ups and downs, agreements and disagreements, but we have always done what we feel best to keep the stadium issue very much alive and have done a tremendous amount of homework in order to keep abreast of the whole picture.

Whilst the outcome remains uncertain and negotiations are ongoing I neither can, nor will, divulge information which would otherwise damage our position - which is frustrating for all of us - and I'm sure any of those named can confirm that I have requested on numerous occasions that information be put out, only to find that the situation then changes once again!

If it seems like nothing much has happened, then on one level it hasn't, but behind the scenes it alters all the time.

We meet again tomorrow and whilst I cannot suggest that this means there will be any imminent news, you just never know in this process!

Heaven forbid you damage your position! Given that you've been in more positions than Jenna Jameson, it's hard to believe there are any positions left for you to assume...

I'm sure I speak on behalf of most when I say that as a Wakefield fan I am totally bored of every "update" you provide on the subject. And it's perhaps through no fault of your own. But for your benefit I wouldn't even respond to topics raised about this. Because each time you do, you offer another rehashed spiel about which direction The Trust' is now pointing in (subject to positional change) and how you're not able to provide any actual information. Saying nothing at all in the first place would provide a similarly reliable update.
