Maybe can't remember, but your a good judge if so. To be fair he deserved a chance to prove himself over a few games. And he has. Hes proved that he's a fat useless lump who is stealing a wage.

Kear is the one who picks the team, works with him daily and knows his fitness limitations. He has options in the academy. So for me, i absolve JH, he works as hard as his body and conditioning allows him too (granted he should have been in better shape prior to arriving). If John Kear picks him knowing he can only do 10-15 mins a game and will likely miss a few tackles then he shouldn't be surprised fans have little faith in him

Yes Kears to blame for selecting him but hey don't make excuses for being overweight and unfit, he's supposed to be a PRO player.

Sorry to say it but the book stops with John Kear. The coach must take the blame on this one.

He wanted him, he signed him, he is the one selecting him week in week out.

JK lost the plot IMHO and it would appear the players have lost trust and faith in him re recent performances.

I think those venting their spleen are doing it in the wrong direction..... The club (or more specifically Kear) should carry the can for this shocking signing..... Maybe a few need to remember this when salivating over the next overseas signing we bring over, or baying for the board to raid down under to plug any holes.

Shocking that we chose to sign this (at least Klye Bibb was on peanuts when he was doing nowt on the park), sad we are slowly moving from a team with hardly any imports back to one clogging the side up with the likes of Hickey and Semi.

When he got over here, it should have been apparent he wasn't anywhere near being fit enough for the first team. Tell him straight, you won't play until your in shape. Has he really learnt his lesson? If we retain him, what's to say he won't come back in the same shape next season because Kear just stuck him in the 17 straight away.

What messages does this send out to the rest of the first team, the academy players, those busting a gut to make it!!

A coach should lead by example, JK is accepting second best by playing someone not capable of 20 minutes a game. If i was a fringe or upcoming academy player and had been working hard all season only to see JH take my place i'd definitely be looking at moving on.

I would not be happy if I was a fellow player, to see one of the clubs big earners only play 15 to 20 mins per game.

That's how it works for the rest of us.

Try to avoid slagging players off but this whole situation has me baffled, i just do not understand how he is not being ferried up to total fitness each morning, given to a personal trainer, and brought up to a playable fitness level.

17 mins and a few seconds ! a professional's personal pride should have made sure that he was in a certain condition before arriving..i didn't see a saints player with a belly like that!

I actually said to my mate today at the game that Hickey looked like he had shed a few pounds by the looks of him today in comparison to when he waddled on at salford for his debut. Did i miss him return but I thought he did a ten to fifteen minute stint and that was him done ??
