Cas do not have the money to build it .Their intention and tactics are quite simple.
They will complete full planning and then do what they have stated on their website. They will level out an area which is the base for the pitch and thats when the money will dry up. However if timed correctly it may be just enough activity and progress to get them the next licence.

RW has always said it will be built in time for SL 2012.
An 8 month build is quick even for a simple ground like that- how little seating is there really?? Although when you have fans who SCREAM with joy when a player is out spilling blood "family essentials" are of little concern.

I hope Sam Burgess (if he ever comes back to SL) gives Walker some of the same treatment he dealt out on his brother.
