Say if someone was recently made bankrupt and say they have to make payments for the next three years and say they have to inform the receiver of any income changes.

ermmm lets say theoretically he paid for a car , a mortgage/rent , and other luxuries. if wanting to dupe the tax man and receivers was the issue then he could still play for us and ask for a wage cut.
