The nearest one is either Wooley Edge or Hartshead Moor but both must be 15 to 20 miles away.
The location is superb for a services and with the prices they charge we could be quids in.
On to the stadium:
A nice scoreboard, one terraced end, superb playing surface (anything else would be a let down), a good sized lounge that normal speccies can use, nice toilets complete with light bulbs, a fans concourse area with food & beverage outlets, plenty of parking, access straight onto the motorway and a seperate one on to Aberford Rd, some all weather surfaces to generate even more income (the areas perfect for Cas Wakey, Leeds so should get plenty of bookings), If I'm gonna be fussy then no open corners please, magnificent sound system, exclusive lounge for ex-players .'"

I want a ground which charges away fans 20 quid to sit behind the sticks were they can't see any offsides or forward passes whilst Wakefield fans get to sit (down one side) or stand (down the other side) and help the ref a bit just like happens at
Saints
Huddersfield (but we used to sit al the side)
Leeds
Castleford (mostly)
HKR
Hull FC
Warrington
Wigan
Bradord
Salford
Not sure about
Harliquins
Celtic
But they make home advantage pay for their team.

Would not mind that, just Cas can't stand them 
Maybe Wakey rugby union will make a comeback, they still have a license to play, there is always Wakefield FC too who could play there. |
