| Every time we pick up a great win there seems to be a payback, sounds like Arona's out for a minimum of three months!

No luck at all with the injuries never known it like this before. The tackle he was injured in was messy, thought he was held way before ref called it.
Up the Trin

| That was a shear guts and determination win
Delighted for CC MC the boys and the fans
Absolutely gutted for tiny
That bust he put in prior to the injury was sensational
Can't believe how unlucky we continued to be with injuries

This reminds me of the Glover days. We'd announce crowds of 7000 when clearly it was 5. Even allowing for the optical illusion of a few in a big stadium, I'd be surprised if 2500 hudds fans attended tonight. Probably 1500 Trin fans. 4000 attendance IMO

This makes no sense. If Glover announces more people in the ground he would pay more income tax? Is this not correct? The fact is there were more in the ground but using heavily discounted tickets. Now everyone who attends has paid, which is miles better for the club. We are building a solid fan base which will continue to grow now the ground is our own and will be given a facelift.

Could well have been cheap season ticket holders not going. But sense or not, I can remember that. Was a standing joke at one point

| I always thought the ground seemed fuller. They may have got free and discounted tickets. All seemed to enjoy a pint and a burger.

Think it was also a standing joke in that era that lots of 'fans' got in for free.

| Cracking win that - although I'm unsure what happened in that 20 minute period when they ran in 3 tries; scared me to death.
I thought Reece Lyne was outstanding again - made superstar signing Uate look daft several times; and Big Dave was clearly there more for appearances - carrying an injury I suspect - but still managed to pull off his customary bit of magic.
Tough win in the circumstances - which we haven't been good at in the past - so that's encouraging in and of itself.

We just got some back to back tough calls against us, Shudds still had to make tries happen though, so in that respect defensively we weren't good enough.

Ironically, that 20 mins was when Fifita was off the field.

And Tyler Randell, who I thought was excellent on his first game back.

| I couldn't make the game on Friday (due to the fixture change) and gutted to have missed my first game of the season, as we had sorted going off on Friday and absolutely gutted to have missed another gutsy effort and another nerve jangling finish.
Another 2 points and yet another longish term injury.
Well done to the fans that went accross and great effort from the boys (again)
Dont know if Widnes in the cup gives us a breather, as they will be desperate to prove how good they are and Chester doesn't look to have too many options to rest anyone.
If we had anything close to a fully fit squad, we could have a real dig at the cup this time around and if we can just get over the first hurdle, hopefully we start to get some bodies back for the next round.
Come on Trin !

| Great win that, and I thought Randell had a great game, considering this was how first run out in a while.
Well played though everyone.
The second half was a bit worrying, with the 3 quick tries, but i did expect the game to be much closed than the half time scoreline suggested. This could just be down to fatigue with the injuries de have been getting. Around Easter and just after, most coaches have the luxury of rotating players, but we aren't, and whos to say those still putting a shift in aren't carrying knocks already.
Doesnt sound like Chessie happy with Pauli's fitness or attidude, which is a dampener on things
