| I am surprised we have 21 fit players ie, Not Injured ! We are after all consistently the club with the most injuries !
This is becoming a jinx, what players will want to come to the club & not be injured let alone always play with a team with most
of the players are injured. ????
Still, onwards & upwards, we must keep trying, up the Trin.

| Have to agree Croft looked a fish out of water on the wing. If Senior is fit then there maybe a case for leaving Gigot at right centre pushing Croft back into left centre and putting Lyne on the wing. He has bags of experience there and whilst not ideal for one week only until Tupou, Kay & BJB are available it might well do a job.

| Not so sure about putting Lyne on the wing...he used to have a decent turn of speed but in the first match against Catalans Samisoni Langi ran rings round him at every opportunity and Ash Handley will surely have a field day against him ??

Is Konrad Hurrell back for Leeds? That would worry me more than Gash.

Agree there will be some serious frothing, not only the players but the genius and fresh coaching ideas from Agar
I’m may have to watch without sound
With the inevitable pounding we will take, as well O’Connor pointing out only the obvious
It may tip me over the edge
I just hope mrs musson puts plenty of beers in the fridge for me to get me through

| The game needs to be called off as two Trinity players have tested positive for Covid. Potentially we could have infected Warrington as well as one of the players played in that match.

That’s all folks for our rugby league. Hope the players stay well. The season is in real jeopardy now.

| Quote: upthecats "Yeah, Croft has got bags of potential, really like the kid! With Bill out get him over to his natural position of left centre. Remember his debut there last season against Saints lining up against arguably the form centre of the comp that day and looked like he’d played the gsme years!
It’s a good point made about Senior in and BJB out...does make you think Senior is ok to play...
Based on that I’d have Senior/Croft left and Lyne/Hampshire right which isn’t that bad!
I’d put Gigot into the halves and let him prove his signing is worthy and save Bailey for another day. Gigot has shown in the past he’s got the kicking game we badly lacked at Warrington and with more responsibility on his shoulders he may well rise to the challenge...thought his attitude at Warrington looked top drawer...'"
disagree dont think he has shown that much really

| I think boj's comment was about Croft not Gigot... I think Croft had a promising start v Saints last year but has not had a chance since, whereas Gigot has the experience of playing at 6 in a Cup winning team. IMO they'll both be ok eventually so would persevere with both during this season but would also work on a way to get Bailey blooded in time for next season, rather than leaving him 'untested' ahead of a season where relegation is back

Have we played Gigot in the halves yet? I can't remember.

| No but imo we should've done...I thought at fb in his first game he was guilty if trying too hard and forcing the pass/trying the 'miracle' try creating play too often rather than patiently building up the pressure, which at the mo is the only way we're gonna score.
Unfortunately tho, we haven't even been able to do that because errors and penalties have stopped us getting close enough to force repeat sets or turn overs in their 10m area...not that we have played anyone in the halves with a good enough kicking game to build that pressure
