It was worth looking back on here (I thought against my better judgment), to read that post.

Even though the poster has had a right go at me elsewhere, I'm more than happy to say what a spot-on post that is.

As it happens, and despite the very best endeavours of the usual suspects to try and make me loathe and despise your club, I happen to think Wakefield Trinity is also a "prize asset" that should be "protected".

Those who know me from way back, before the usual suspects gained sway on here, will know that was always my view. When I was a kid, growing up in the East Midlands and watching Eddie Waring on the TV, the three clubs whose names I could remember and quote were Keighley, Bradford Northern and (especially) Wakefield Trinity. In 1975 I remember watching "Trinity Tales" on the TV. The history has to count for something IMO. Same goes for Keighley.

Anyway, as TRB will be relieved again to hear, I have gone again now. Saw no harm in acknowledging an excellent post, though, even if he won't thank me beause my endorsememt will likely harm his credibility.
