If only it was that easy. To sell them somebody has to want them and seeing as they have contracts with us, some of them quite lucrative, then they are unlikely to be going anywhere anytime soon.

It is way too early to have this thread, there will be other departures yet and not ones we would welcome either. We will need to be very clever in how we replace them if we are to have a fighting chance next year. It's a great chance for Agar to show what he can do, if he is still here that is.

Lee Smith should be in the centres or at another club, he can't play 6 or 7 he's not got what it takes.

We'll need Sykes at 6 with his experience and we tend to play better with him there rather than sell him, can't see him on a big contract that would save much money.

Lee Smith should be in centres with Collis with Reece Lynne on the wing if we lose Cockayne.

Think we may next lose Poore and Tautai (to Salford or elsewhere if rejected bids have been made for Kirmond) if they are on big contracts and replace with cheaper alternatives.

Cheaper alternatives = Championship rugby. Get ready for it if players of that calibre go !

I agree lee Smith is clearly at his best in the centre. As far as Sykes goes players of his calibre should be held onto at all costs for next season - he's got a wealth of experience and we're going to need all of that next season by the looks of it.

Interesting to hear that L.Smith and Ali have signed for next year. Would have thought that Ali would be on a substantial contract and the money would or could have been used elsewhere. Unless he has taken a big cut for the sake of the club?

Why not let Kay have a run at stand off.
Let Annakin go at Loose Forward.
Bring Walshaw into the centres.

3 talented young players who might just make a name for themselves if they were ever allowed to play in their actual positions. I'd certainly start them all at Cas at any rate.
