Oh yes KK, remember the Rooney thing now.
From that team I'd have Ferres back, Brough obviously but I think that is it.
The other players who were heroes back then like JD and MacG are no longer playing so discounting them I'm happy enough with the current crop. Atkins would obviously add to our fire power out wide but right now he isn't right for our team. Better off at Wolves.
Funny that when you look at the other team, who went on to Wembley, many of them are still in their starting lineup but they've changed 7 as far as I can see.
Why wasn't Fergi playing? Was he injured? Sure he was playing at that time.......the memory is going with old age I reckon. | | |
