Needs as much forward power on the bench as possible not that I think it will be enough. The only hope is play an expansive game and pray that things come off for us. We just don't have enough beef to match them up the middle.

Vievers goalkicking gets the nod over Blaymire for me. Mariano to start to add extra size to the pack early. Looks like Hendo is going to have to fill in at prop so King on the bench with him so we have at least one out and out prop on the pitch at all times, though Johnson may have to play a lot of minutes.

i don't think that this match will be as one-sided as many hope/fear. I would argue that Cas have the stronger line-up, but as we all know this counts for nothing. Both sides could and should believe they can win it (and yes it is comfy on the fence!)

That would be my sensible choice, should we have a few quid to spend - probably very doeable as well I reckon, nix mix of youth and experience.
