Doesn't make him wrong though - I think they only lost 1 game at home all last season (in SL anyway). Drew with Warrington and Saints and lost to Wigan, but beat everyone else at the KC.
I have no doubt this will be a big ask for Wakey, but I still prefer it to playing the likes of Wigan, Saints, Leeds, Warrington. It will be tough but it is winnable if the team play a full 80 minutes. |

Yes but in both games we were about 6men shy of full strength. looks like some light at the end of the tunnel now injury wise. |

Backwards? we finished a good 6th last season and won a playoff game, that was us going "forward" compared to the preceeding seasons. From my point of view we are very much a club that is improving both off and on the field. Your club is going to have sweat blood to go forward this season, I fear you may not make the 8 this time around (hope you do tho). |

I have distinct recollections of Hull finished in 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the SL era. Also reach a a number of major finals, and winning one of them during that time. I appreciate this is a foreign concept to you.
For the record, I wasn't gloating, I was correcting one of the other deluded souls on here claiming that both teams on Easter Monday had been very poor.
As for the amount of money spent, I would safely say that Hull are no where near the Cap this season ![]()
Maybe it's because Hull are one of those boring clubs that no-one is actually bothered about except their own so called fans that threatened to boycott games this season because of poor form. Something you can't blame Agar for this time.

What constitutes a boring club? I bet its a thrill a minute wondering of the new roof will be there after high winds, or the excitment of another sponsor going out of business. As a matter of interest did wakey pay for any of that roof or did they default like they did on the holiday flats??
