Go for it! Sounds ideal. 
It would be an excellent experience for them to play to a live audience and 13 gigs a year wouldn't be excessive. What age group are you looking at?
P.s. If they're looking for banned members they could see the mods; although most of them will be cas fans |

Do you know a song called "The Decline" by NOFX? There's a simple trombone riff in there that would be great on the terraces. Just needs some simple lyrics put over the top "We're Wakefield" maybe??
-Actually a very fitting song in terms of it's lyrics to the situation we/our game is in.
