That's much more like it. Yes, we need to sort out the errors and yes we should have scored a few more in that second half but ateotd you can't turn your nose up at that score IMO.
It's got to be said Lino stepped up tonight with his try assists etc. It was an amazing atmosphere and turnout from everyone, great stuff.

Played pretty poor for 40/50% of that game and still won extremely easily. Griffiths is a terrible ref!

Bulls were constantly niggling and slowing that second half and the trinity players were just getting frustrated at how slow it was. The penalties and slowing play down really kept the score down for them that second half.

Overall though a good night.

Although I never heard the M.O.M given out (was it ??), I thought Lino was outstanding and looked a threat every time he got the ball. His performance tonight was on a par with the Warrington game last season, so hopefully he can continue that for the rest of the season

What a great opening night !

Massive crowd, stadium was rocking and didn’t even look like Belle Vue as we all know it
The fireworks and the soundtrack sending tingles down the spine of every supporter
A good solid win for the team with some stand out performances

Jowitt was superb throughout
Lino had his best game since tearing Warrington to shreds, credit to him for bouncing back.
The pack were on top almost all the match but for me Pitts was outstanding

Some tidying up to be done around our discipline but all in all what a great night

Thought the Bulls were poor. Discipline was poor they tried to disrupt the game. Thought the ref was poor and had we had a polished performance we could have had 60 plus but for poor players. That said we looked much better with the whole team putting a shift in

On the whole a good evening.

A decent performance, apart from a few scrappy moments, and I agree, Bradforfd were quite niggly at times.

Thought the official opening and firework display was well presented.

Fire alarms too seem to work OK too, as they went off in the concourse just before 7.30 for a couple of minutes

When we string together an 80 minute performance we will absolutely destroy a team.

Not sure if it’s a concentration issue but we seem content getting in a winning position and then taking our foot off the gas for periods.

Enjoyable night though overall couple of sloppy errors in defence but in reality we were always comfortable.

Lino is so much better as a runner than an organiser, and some of Walmselys effort areas in defence were outstanding but for me Max was MOTM again.

I've hardly said anything controversial while I'm on my way home. It was much better from us, we needed to cut out the errors especially unforced and we generally should have scored more in the 2nd half.
Lino really did step up for us tonight and deserved his MOTM, especially since he got a lot of stick after the poor performance last week.
Generally, from start to finish, the whole night was great from the fireworks, big attendance, The Big Bopper bar, etc.

Agreed, probably Max was my MOTM then Lino (I’m critical of him so have to praise when he has good games) and Pratt was good.

Thought the forwards put in a real stint too to keep us rolling up field.

I’m not sure why officials seem to be hammering us with penalties. Seemingly for some trivial and minor offences. I’ve noticed a few teams trying to draw us into a niggly game and slowing play down. They’re seemingly allowed to do so and it appears to frustrate the trinity players.
