I'd say having Arundal on the bench has just paid off.

We've had a lot of games. Some players need to take a rest for next game.
Doesn't always have to be a conspiracy.
Saying that, Arundal runs excellent lines so he isn't a step down.

Difference between the sides, one is well coached and drilled, the other relies on individual players, when they don't fire there is nothing to draw upon. Lino very quiet, Miller looked busy but drifted out of the game too much. Johnstone not looking himself and getting no ball.

To be fair we made Liam Hood look like James Roby.

Really poor performance was that. From the Off it’s like we were trying to score off every play the ball, and not building any pressure at all, wasting good field possession with really poor 5th tackle plays. The service Johnstone got tonight was atrocious, it’s like having a Ferrari and just leaving it to rot in the garage. Tough Error from Max but I was more disappointed with his 1-1 attempt on Turner tbf, just got brushed off which isn’t good enough at this level. Both sides poor and error strewn.

Disgraceful performance from majority of players. When you’re best players are Lyne and Kershaw you’re going to be in trouble.

Can’t wait for Chester to go. Attack is atrocious.

That was very poor. Precious little idea with the ball and some soft defence made an average Cas performance look good. Miller took his two tries well but his creative play was non-existent. Lino was dire. They kept a handle on Westerman and we had no real plan B.

And what has happened to Battye this year? He’s been average at best and thats being generous.

Discussion on here prior to the game was who would stand down for TJ to come into the team, may as well have kept Liam K in, for all the ball that TJ got. I can't recall him getting one pass.

The game was summed up, for me, at the end of the first half when there was 13 seconds left on the clock and Westerman ends up driving the ball in from about 20m out. Clueless.
