| Wouldn't surprise me. He'll have Kyle Wood starting at prop next week.

yes you are correct. Why not play Johnson or even get Korki back on loan if we are so short of props . Keith mason even ?

JD did suggest playing Ben Cockyne at his 'natural' full back

Too obvious, much better to play NRL 2nd rows and hookers there. Then wonder why we get steamrollered in the middle.

| Agars plan to replace Wilkes with an extra pivot wasn't a wise move for a team that was already struggling up front. Sorry but he's got this one very wrong.

| Very disappointed with tonight's performance. We certainly missed an extra prop, and the use of Aiton as a loose forward come second row is baffling. Even more so when you've a bench consisting of two hookers and a centre!
We struggled to make yards and our kicking game whilst equally poor wasn't helped. Saints on the other hand were pretty flawless with their kicking and I'm honestly struggling to remember one kicked we actually caught on the full!
Even when we managed to get into Saints' 20m we took bad options or made errors to gift Saints possession. That wouldn't have been so bad if we didn't compound it by giving them penalties to relieve the pressure.
Whilst a massive fan of Kirmond I must also question how much game time he's expected to play.
The worrying factor for me was how St Helens managed to rack up a hefty score (even with missing all those kicks) without ever really getting out of second gear!

| I found you helping Uncle Albert with his tackle counts very amusing.

| Is Agar the only coach in professional Rugby League that thinks its ok to go with 3 props? You have to consider we had a perfectly good 4th one available? Nobody in the modern game goes with 3 unless it can be helped! Shocking decision!

| 3 options:
1) He played the strongest team available to him, and chose not to gamble on players coming back from injury in a game we would probably lose anyway.
2) He gambled on props and pivots in the hope of sneaking an unlikely victory through unorthodox tactics/tactical genius.
3) He hasn't got a clue.
I'll take option 1 for the time being.
On the plus side - Wildie got a game.

| Anyone know if Johnson has signed for cod eds? If so it may be the reason why Agar his putting other players/selections before him. If true i cannot condone this and we should look at seeing if Hull will buy him out of his remaining months for all 3 parties benefit.

| A totally inept performance tonight, it was a fairly decent start but as soon as we started giving penalties away the enthusiasm ebbed out of the team. Richie Mathers & Ben Cockayne where our best players & it wasnt until the 75th minute before one of our half backs took the ball in & went for the line, too little too late. To say that we where mean`t to be fresh after a 2 week break ! we looked jaded early on.

| Quote: charlie63wildcat "Hear hear. We look a rag bag outfit that hasn't been coached. Salutory lesson for those who slagged Kear. Save for the administration year, I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times we were rolled over in Kear's 5 years. We almost always were competetive and tactically sound. We now are a feeble outfit with no discipline and no learning; it's like groundhog day watching us play. Never wanted Agar...knew this would be the result. Half of Hull told us and they are right!'"
Hahaha are you for real ? Have you forgotten last season ?
