The weather in Sheffield had nothing to do with the decision to call off the Wakefield game, the conditions and circumstances in Wakefield did.

Having worked at two clubs over the Pennines I do know there are rules and regulations and the RL are part of the decision making process so not just the Club saying it's too wet today lets give it a miss. Not an easy call to make at that time much is already happening the beef takes a bit of time to roast.
