not surprised at all. thats the reason not gone to the game. the performance against cas was awful, fortunately they were even worse!!

there is only so much one out rugby anyone can watch in a weekend and i had my fill on friday.

i have a season ticket so will suffer the home games, but not going away again until i see some decent rugby.

wont be long before JK finally comes under some pressure for his job.

Andy Kelly just mentioned that our edge defence is poor (again) when are we going to sort this? We have decent players in the backs but they are getting bummed in defence.

You're surprised? I'm not. We are an average side, we'll beat the Cas's / Salford but won't get near the topsides imo.

Fancied our chances today of making a close game of it, but was always wary of Wigan's pace and intensity, I thought we may go there and slow them down a bit and get away with it, but not to be. Sounds like they have shifted the ball wide quickly which was always me main concern.

At times you just have to concede that you've been totally outclassed and that sounds like what is happening.

One thing that has come across loud and clear in commentary is the fact that Wigan only have 4 overseas in their starting line up and we have 9. It's a point recently we have really improved on but seem to have slacked again. Wigan have had loads of criticism in recent years for letting a lot of their good local talent go and have had plenty of lean years.

Now though they have a crop of outstanding home grown players mixed with the right type of overseas and are bearing the fruits of that.

My feeling now is that we must do everything and more to try and keep hold and develop as many of the lads who were academy champions last year and not let them slip through our fingers to other clubs.

In 3 or 4 years time we could be playing out of a nice new stadium and we must do everything we can at this moment in time to keep hold of that crop.

It's all about pride now today...

I dont like shudds at all, but I dont care if they win, lose, or draw, my only worry is about us, and with Newton, Brough, Tronc, banned, bought, or buggering off I dont see any sunshine in the near future, Friday night was a shocking indication of the standard of RL in the UK, utter crap.

I expected to us to lose and lose badly, hence I'm sat at home now!!
We have no pace to the game and no go forward. We have to slow the game down to our pace!
