That's my thoughts too. I seriously doubt anyone would not bring sufficient evidence with them if they had it. It looks to me like the panel are giving them a fair hearing so there can be no doubt what so ever at the final decision. If they really are independent, their own credibility will be at stake and the last thing they will want is to be subject to more conspiracy theories. If Bradford have more evidence, then fair play to them, but if they don't could they withdraw their appeal to save face?

Re the claim that the RFL told MC that if WTW went into admin, they'd be instantly relegated; he's never actually provided any evidence of that has he?

If it's written down anywhere, I'd be very surprised, so even it was relayed to him verbally, the RFL would issue a straight denial and say that he must have misinterpreted what was said etc etc.

I think that particular argument is a bum steer; either because it never happened, or because there is no proof that it ever happened.

Yes Carter said it a few times in public including in an interview broadcast on Boots n All a few weeks ago. The RFL never challenged this in public which makes me see it as fact. Compare that to the public spat in public a few months ago between the Bulls and the RFL when they challenged each other's allegations.

With respect, that's not a very sound basis on which to establish fact; they don't challenge lost of things that are said about them, but that doesn't automatically make them factually correct.

True, that is why I explained that is what makes ME see it as a fact. It is a bold claim by Carter and maybe more serious than any claim Bradford made? I was explaining how I see things.

In addition has anyone asked Carter to support his claim? Just because he hasn't provided evidence nor been asked to provide evidence does not make it more or less likely to be true.
