Having read it in detail a few times, there is an air of sarcasm, though, I feel, targeting a small pocket of fans. That is ‘fans’, which I don’t think was necessary.
I was actually reading some old threads the other night, some of which Daddycool posted, and there were some comments put in there, which when you read them, there was a hint of sarcasm in the wording.
He doesn’t need to do that, and will struggle to win some people over. In fact one poster said to him, that he doesn’t help himself at times.

He's off social media now and rightly so and I think you have a point, it was never going to work, it didn't for Diane Rogerson or Shane McNally to name but a few..
However the reference in his statement is nothing and people reading anything into it are a bit precious IMHO. Also you need to remember that only a very small number of Trinity fans use this forum and his Daddycool stuff won't be relevant to them.
