| 20 tries from 21 games last year is a record I'm happy to take, considering a lot of them were from just trampling over opponents - so as for coming good, I'll take him as he is and be pleased you see the potential for improvement
I remember it very well - it was a great tackle and I was as shocked as everyone else, he was in a minority able to do that last year.
As for foxy being quick, I agree
Certainly not gloating - that's not my style as you know full well old chap - I would say that there are a high number of wingers that players would rather line up against than Justin, he's the best winger we've had for 20 years as an overall package (good in the air, returning the ball, finishing etc)
I wouldn't want to tackle him anyway

| which wakefield did exceptionally well at our place last year.
When we are on top it's players like him that turn the screw and steamroller teams.
Bradford last week kept kicking to him. Doh.

| Firstly, TrinityIHC, Brucey baby has been a constant pain in the backside on the Hull forum for ages. He must be about 11 years old mentally, but your putdown is worthy of respect Sir.
Next. I've seen Reece Lyne play loads of times for Hull and he was absolutely appalling every time. Last night he seemed a little better - possibly his extra weight, but he will do more harm than good.

| Speaking as a neutral here, my wife is from the London area but I've managed to educate her to appreciate the greatest game. After 15 mins. watching last night she remarked " this is like watching Northern Ford Prem (sic)" I was speechless!

| Quote Khlav Kalash="Khlav Kalash"I don't know the lad so it's certainly not personal. I think he falls into the Karl Price caregory as someone who has the attributes but little of the application. If he had Cockaynes desire and heart he'd be a top class winger, and more than likely not at Trinity. My view wasn't just from his two errors last night but from a whole season of abject performances and a perceived preferential treatment.
Someone pointed out the kick through that a 33 year old Sykes chased through, where the hell was Lyne?'"
I pointed out that lack of desire for the kick through if Lyne had showed Sykes anticipation and desire to ground that ball on the kick through by Mcshane then with his extra pace there may have been a try. Think it'll be his last season in the red, white and blue and there will be no contract extension....

Not being funny, but why the constant updates, info, post game analysis, player profiles etc.
This is a Wakefield forum, take it to your own forum. Nobody gives a rats what's going on at Cas.

Bit harsh, think Dave gives a good perspective to this forum, surely we can spare him a few Cas anecdotes every now and again.

come on vasty, surely the magic weekend rings a bell when he let him score rather than tackle him. and I reckon he's faster over 50m so how fat must fox be!?'"
See he scored a hatrick today as well. Rate him highly to be fair, just needs to keep his disapline under control.

| A considered response.
I have had a good think about last Thursdays match and woke up in a cold sweat a couple of times. Overall it was poor on the field, but I cannot comment on any off field issues as they did not affect me.
There are many who will gladly drag the team down on here, and we all like a moan every now and then, but I have waited a while before typing this as I try to get my head around it.
Playing that poorly in front of the sky cameras in our first home game of the season will have cost the club a lot more than the 2 points. Floating fans and potential sponsors needed convincing that there was life in the team and hope at the end.
We will undoubtedly put up a decent show against Wigan, but will probably fall short (my opinion) as this is the Wakefield way.
We have had worse teams than this and survived (think of the cash strapped teams under Harbin and Kear), however the teams we have had before had fight and spirit and I just don’t see it in this team. They appear to be looking at each other to blame, or to each other to do something rather than take responsibility.
Maybe Kear and Harbin were/are better than Agar at getting that backs to the wall spirit out of the players, or maybe Agar is looking to play our way out of the apparent relegation battle (rather than fight our way as we did before). Whichever is the best method is open to debate, but we don’t have much time and the 4 point games are too crucial to us.
Mulder (from the x-files) had a poster in his office that read “I want to believe”.
I want to believe, but I just cannot see any evidence at the moment
