Cas will gain Full planning permission next month, We have a major stadium announcement due in 2-3 weeks. Which will be telling everyone exactly where the funds are coming from.

The build time will ensure that we wont be in the stadium next year, But for 2013 we will definitely be there.

Which was the conservative estimate, could be as low as 9 or as high as 13.

I reckon it will be at the top end of this estimate now due to inflation since the project was originally conceived around 5 years ago.

The project has changed since the Outline PP went in. The designs have changed and were only released last year in summer.

It is plausible given the cuts that have occurred over the recent weeks and months. However, given the state of things at the moment it may be a case that prices have decreased with businesses desperate to work and get some money rolling in.

True, but the cost of materials has gone up sue to the rise in production and fuel costs thus in theory the price of building anything will have gone up.

Not sure what AG was thinking off when he mentioned this. GH won't be started until 2013 and NM probably similar if it manages to get through the PI - therefore there is no ground share with Cas that can secure us a licence for 2012-15.

In addition what other club in the Wakefield Area have a stadium that would meet the SL stadium requirements?

Alot of what AG is doing is great, but I have already resigned myself to the fact we will not be in SL next season and maybe that is why there is no mention of Oakwell, because he is already thinking about the 2015 licence application.
