whilst I agree most of this lot are not his signings, he took the job believing in his own ability in doing something with them, sadly its gone badly wrong. Why would he do that? That doesn't help Carter in any way.

Maybe a Kear or someone would prove me wrong but I can't see any coach making this team into a winning team.

It needs a rebuild as has been said by many. So it depends whether Mash is right for that rather than whether he can make something of these.
