You cannot go into a season with just two recognised halfbacks. Scott Moore is enjoying a rich vein of form at hooker (when he is playing). He shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a halfback spot.

Up until the Widnes game I'd have disagreed with you as I thought he's calmed down - but sadly Moore is to explosive to go into the 6 or 7 role. You can afford to lose your no9 in a game (just) but your 6 or 7 no.

Kelly signing for next season is a done deal, as is Fafita for this.

Id rather a young english halfback to learn from Finn for next season and then take the reigns the season after.
Think we are still a good 3/4, halfback and maybe 1-2 big props short of being a really really good team!

He's under contract at Wigun till the end of 2018, he's currently on a 12 month loan at Castleford who incidentally have just announced that half back Roberts is out for the rest of the season with an ankle injury, so it's highly unlikely he'll be coming our way, also bearing in mind our chairman did his absolute best pre season to bring about a loan deal for him only to be refused by Wane and Radlinski.

I know Rocky has made it plain that he prefers to play in the halves but having watched him this season I have to say his best games have been at full back. He has a great skillset and seems very mature for his age but in recent games we've played McShane and even Millington ahead of him. Still young enough to improve though.
