I don't know if you know me or not, all though it's clear you think you do. So if it helps, a few years I was a touch overweight then in 2008 got to a very trim for me 14stone 9lbs (I am 6'2"icon_wink.gif. Unfortunately due to a serious illness last year after initially losing weight I piled it back on because I was unable to exercise (in fact I missed the last few games of last season because I couldn't actually stand up or sit down for long periods). Never the less I'm a bit better now and am starting to get fit again, it's actually proving very painful but hey. Anyways hopefully by next year I'll be at a healthy weight again which I hope will meet with your approval.

Remember unlike Hickey who you love and is also a touch chubby I am not a pro athlete, I just pack toilet rolls in a factory which is only light lifting.
