i hate losing as much as you. i know you are as passionate about the club as i am but the pain facts are that we have a few slim chances to move forward. one of them is a new ground which i am sure ted and the club are working hard to bring on. if they were to go now , certainly the chance of a new stadium would go. i think under kear if nothing else we have stability. he has taken us further abd done more in many ways at the club than any other coach in our recent history on and off the fieldyou know better than i do that most teams have slumps in form. for instance we have just seen leeds go through it and come out the other end. i am sure that we wil do the same. the good thing is there is no relegation, we dont have to sack the coach every time there is a blip

I do think the current coaching team have taken Wakefield has far as they can. Sacking only Kear wouldn't make any difference Broadbent would have to go as well. They have done well in bringing stability and competitiveness to Wakefield, however I do think change is needed for both parties. Looking back the Wakefield way of sacking coach/replacing with assistant cycle did nothing but harm for years. So for me a totally fresh coaching team with new ideas is needed. Personally i'd like to see Millward given a go.

Good for the board if kear goes. Would more than likely have been encouraged to go. Wakey need to change the coach but cant afford to sack him. This way they get compo and dont have to pay kear off.

And we replace him with who exactly, or will the board leave us with a similar level of replacement to when DB was released for a good bit of business and with compensation!!!
