| Quote: Kettykat "And how many games has Kelepi played for us recently, more time on the physio bench than on the pitch ,. Do we seriously think we need one player for every position or do we have players fighting for their position . I’ll stick my neck out and say Griffing is the best player in his position at the club at present whether that be centre or second row ..lynne looks like his gearbox is stuck in permanent slow gear , Ashurt looks like he needs a break to me whilst young Crofts isn’t the finished product yet and has a fair way to go imo'"
I think he'll be the best 2nd rower. But not centre in my opinion. His transition to 2nd row for Hull is cos he no longer has the attributes to be a top centre. No shame in this ala Kallum Watkins. As I say having watched him he's been good in that 2nd row position and hope he goes well for us.

| The bog question, will he improve your 17, on the basis of watching him for Hull.this season a few games watching you guys I think he will. Maybe two years is too long, but if he helps you stay in SL this year if is we'll worth the risk.

| Think he’s a good signing and will add some real size and strength to the second row at 6 foot and 17 stones. He’s also got something to prove and I think improves the squad further.

| A leg end and Scarlett Pimpernel, such a positive outlook. When nothing is being done to reverse our fortunes and mistakes you complain and then when the reverse happens, you still complain. When he scores the try that keeps us up, remember.

I think you need to look up sarcasm because it is something that exceeds your understanding. I suppose I should highlight when I am not being serious just to make it easier for you and prevents the need to make a post that makes you look stupid.
If think the least you can do is to provide a donation from your lottery wins if you know Griffin will score the winning try.

| Well as long as sending Griffin to help you, we'll be entertaining your near neighbours on Saturday and hopefully we can damage their hopes of staying up by giving them a good hiding. The more points we score, the closer the gap in your points difference becomes. All assuming you can come up with a win yourselves.

| Griffin is a great signing for you at Wakey, this season for us at Hull Griffin was the standout in the SR. It would seem had it not been for his ban and the manner that came about he'd still likely be at Hull.
Sorry to see Griffin go as think he'll be a big miss for us, certainly don't think you'll be disappointed and if he helps you stay in SL this season its worth a 2 year deal surely.

| I think the endorsements from Hull fans is all the info you need.
We've been lacking punching and he brings that in spades. I feel much more confident about tge great escape with him in our team.
We just need to allocate across to someone to drag him away from the ref if he looks like unleashing his rage.

| Lol. Spell check beating me again.
Lacking 'punch' sounded so much better in my head.

| Just looking through a couple of Hull FC Facebook sites. Everyone saying he's been great for Hull and they didn't want him to leave.
Sounds like we have a good one

Croft is only 22 but he’s been going well since his return. He’s definitely one for the future though and I hope we arrange a deal for him for next season.'"
Sorry not being pedantic here but both lynne and Ashurt look shadows of their former selves to me and have done so far this season . Both been great players but both looking long in the tooth

I remember standing on the terracing at Cas last season when the news came through that Hull FC had beaten Toulouse. We then went on to confound everyone by thrashing Cas as well. Still think the guys got a lift from that Hull result.
The corner was well and truly turned that day.
