When I played union, we had a kicking coach come down to the club.
Clearly I wasn't a kicker so was just watching.
He put a good 10-15 metres on the distance of my friends kicking just on a 30 minutes technique session. And he was already a good kicker.
But short kicking game can improve too.
It's no difference to a golf professional coaching you. Very similar skills.
