Salford winning at Warrington again. Now there's a quality coach.

I don't agree with the lack of effort statements or the coaching to be honest.
The forwards had their best game in ages today. They tackled hard when Cas tried to roll us and made more yards than Cas early on.
Once Brough got his kicking boots on it looked promising, but every time we got in try scoring positions we just made poor decisions and passed as slow as its physically possible.
Cas found it easy to defend the line because even when we had a plan and had an overlap they could just run us down.

Very disappointing because it was there for us today.

Can't say I enjoyed Hampshire's contribution today but 1, 6.7 and 9 need to improve for us to get a win.

Sums it up for me PT...there has to be a shake up or we will not win another game this season icon_sad.gif icon_sad.gif icon_sad.gif

Effort? Yes by most of them. And one or two had decent enough games, i thought Batch did well for his first game back. But defensively we make the same errors time and time again. Opposition wingers must ring the date they play us in the calendar. And our attack? Seriously awful. The stunted pass it slowly out the back to Rocky or the kick to the corner by Brough is out only attacking weapon. I’m not even considering Miller, he is a waste of space whatever he does.

I often disagree with some of your rose tinted posts, but I have to say you have summed it up bang on !

England looked like the forward he was a couple of years back and all the others give it their all. Brough did his job with the boot, but that is where it ends.

Miller shoud be dropped, Hampshire to hales and Jowitt FB , it cant make matters any worse by doing that.

Howver the icing on the cake would be to show Chester the door way out.

Stood next to my Cas mate, who was quite happy to say “You’ve just been smashed by the worst Cas for 3 years”

And they were awful to be fair.

So is it not Chester and the rest of the coaching staff who dictate and plan our attacking plays on a daily basis?

Before the last 10 minute collapse at 16-20 we got a bit of momentum and were still in with sniff instead we then gave a daft penalty away that was it.
