| Quote: dboy "Like 200 Bulls fans who sang "We stand where we want" and refused to move when asked by 10 or so stewards, an hour before KO in the last game?
No Bulls fans in the Northstand equals no idiots taunting over the fire.
Cause and effect.
Segregation is needed...in fact essential, this weekend.
Only one set of fans will be getting the blame this weekend. Only one club will be getting dragged through the mud and fined.'"
I think this sums it all up for me - Segregation IS needed for such a big game where emotions will be high!
Bulls fans on Western terrace and North West corner IF they bring over 2K as predicted, which I hope they do and a good game and atmosphere is there for all.

There has been vitriol building since the middle of last season and it's all going to come to a head on Saturday unless there is a clear set of instructions issued as to where fans can and can't stand. That said, I expect a lot of it will be people just looking to cause trouble for the sake of it, whether they know where to stand or not.

| Who would've thought a roof in that part of the stadium would cause so many problems?!
Were there that many issues without the stand? I don't seem to think there were...
Was it full on riots in 2006 against our neighbours?
Is everybody making a big deal of segregation.....or have all rugby league fans turned into football fans?

Some fans are obviously worried about losing the home noise battle for such an important game should the Bulls fans get under the roof. Fair enough but let's not pretend that it's anything else.
The Bulls have travelled in large numbers to every Championship ground this season and have helped to break several attendance records along the way. At the majority of grounds we have stood in stands that could fit our travelling numbers and all passed trouble free. If Wakefield are expecting trouble then that's a reflection on their fans, not ours.
If Wakey want fan segregation so desperately, I suggest that they create an away section and sell the tickets accordingly.

We have clubs a lot bigger than Bradford visiting Belle Vue and they follow the rules without crying like babies. Is it a case of Bradford thinking they are bigger than they are.

They have, they've advised anyone that cares to listen that Bradford have been allocated the West terrace.

Where's that been stated then? If you can direct me to that announcement then I'd be more than happy to comply.

| I have checked the Bulls + Wakefield site for information regarding segregation. Neither site mentions it under the ticket info for the MPG. Tickets don't mention any specific standing area

| Eh? Home noise? I just want to see the game. Western terrace is quoted as 1800 capacity. So that means 900 + fans are going to have to go in the north stand. You say that there's a plan in place for those fans to go in the west corner of the north stand, great.
As is accepted, the front couple of steps at the terrace give a poor view of the whole pitch, especially if you're behind the dugouts & the staff standing up. So once the back of the terrace is full, there may be more wanting to go to the north stand.
Unfortunately, the North stand would seem to be 40-50% of your entire ground capacity. So we're going to have to be in there in some proportion....

If western terrace is full then north west corner is the usual practice.

| We don't have any issues were we stand. It's the Wakefield fans on this forum that seem to be trying to direct operations but nothing from your club. You'll have to excuse us for not following fans order's and waiting for an official club announcement (which apparently they have done but us away fans can't find it). I'm now waiting for you to tell me where you'll allow me to park?
If your club tell us to stand on the western terrace then that's where the majority will head...until it's full or we can't see the game.

When entering Belle Vue which ever turnstile you come in stewards direct away fans to the western terrace it's happened at most games for the last 3 years don't see the problem
