| Listening to a phone in with Peter Box from last September and a member of the Trust.
An application has been submitted to list Belle Vue as an asset of community value.
The application is being considered tomorrow and the outcome will be made public via social media

Do the latter two statements relate to the phone-in, or is the tomorrow actually tomorrow?

| @WTrinitySTrust: So what next?
Council have a choice - either recommend approval or reject it
If council reject it will show Peter Box up for what he really is. Having a Cas fan in charge is like having a Scotsman for the Prime Minster.

| The Newcold planning application is now been shown, the building which has been built at Newmarket has not activated the Stadium clause.
So now an update on what has being going on...
Conditional offer: Construction of a 8000 capacity stadium
Main stand 3000 seats and all offices, changing rooms, and corporate...Popular stand with 5000 capacity
Car parking
And to be ready for start of 2017 season, but we are no further forward with this.
So what next?
Action can't be taken until next application comes forward to Newmarket site
Council have a choice - either recommend approval or reject it
Rejected - planning inspectorate will take over
Approved - high court judicial review
We may now have to take to court...estimated costs at 50k
Belle Vue costs 250k to play at each year
The money could be better used into the first team, a new facility would give us a better income. A better first team.
As a city we need Wakefield Trinity Wildcats

| The only reason Yorkcourt / Newcold got what they wanted is because 15,000 people signed a petition for a stadium. We have no stadium.

I must be thick as I haven't understood a word of the updates... Conditional offer from who to who? Conditional on what? Where? What is the current situation with the 106... And what is the secretaries view? Our stadium is sponsored by ambulance chasers have they offered legal advice or help? What difference will the ruling on belle Vue make?

| So what is the club's and/or Trust's "plan A" for attempting to resolve this mess (of Yorkcourt & Box's making)? I thought this was the whole point of the meeting, but the forum & Twitter updates seemed to end after the "how we got here" bit had been outlined. (Before anyone says "you should have come if you were so bothered", it's a bit awkward when living & working in London!)
Are we really paying rent of £250k each year, or is this the full cost to the club for renting, maintaining & running the ground? If it's the former I'd suggest that we're being royally ripped off and someone should be instructing a revaluation asap so that the lease can be renegotiated. The latter seems to make a little more sense (particularly given the increased maintenance the older structures will need).
So Yorkcourt have made a "conditional offer" of a smaller ground (which sounds like it would suit our initial needs) but what are the "conditions"?
What happened to the Sport England covenant on the ground that stipulated that it must be available to the club unless the club has somewhere else to move to?
Last, but by no means least, thanks to TRB, SWAG, WTST and all others involved for their continued efforts in trying to get the resolution the club deserves.
