Not trolling just pointing out that all a lot of your fans seem to be bothered about is keeping the 6 points between us! You have never been deducted 6 points and never had funding cut yet your owner re run you worse into the ground than us ccjs coming out of his ears, never had a problem with wakefield fans until not but some after this seem as idiotic as the idiots that keep starting fights on your terraces! No fan should ever want to see the demise of another club! Not saying we dont deserve punishing but the severity you lot want is as laughable as your chairmans silly threats about walking away

You know the views of many of our supporters, and yes some of them are a bit over the top, but at the heart of it we feel we have been hung out to dry by the rfl whiole you have been treat differently.
We were under massive scrutiny at the last round of franchises, while you were hiding your lies. Once the franchises were sorted the RFL were quick to tie up a deal with you over Odsal to save you. Once in admin you were able to keep a squad you could not afford and caused the second admin, we were made to sell what talent we had.
Yes we are interested in what goes on with the Bulls we are also interested in fair play and parity, something we don't seem to see alot of.
If you can understand that, then you will not feel the need to come back banging the aren't the bulls hard done to drum, because we could right a book about it.
Most of it has been our own down fall and we have had to take the medecine we deserved, likewise the bulls need there's.

Im not looking for bites or anything and certainley not coming on here with as much rubbish as some of yours have been putting on our board and i certainley think we deserve punishing for it. But the top and bottom of it was the 6 points were given to BB2012 as they were dure to take over the club, the points should have been reversed in my eyes straight away then re issued on the new owners credentials and how much he is willing to pay the creditors. Not sure how it stands with him being the main creditor but if he isnt willing to pay anymore 6 points should be deducted but nobody sees any sensibility in this

The top and bottom of it is the Bulls were given the 6 points because the owners went into admin, if the new owners have paid out some of the creditors then that maybe reduced and thats fair, because thats how it works for everyone else.
To negate the penalty would be an attempt at re-righting history.

Been told today that bulls have a letter from RFL advising them to enter admin. Not sure how true this is but could create a nightmare scenario for them from a legal point of view.

Cant imagine how the RFL would be in any position to advise them of anything of the sort to be honest.

But that's the same arguement in reverse some have over Wakey claiming they were told by the RFL that they would be kicked out by the RFL if they went into administration.

Neither seem to follow any proper process?

The RFL advising any team to go into admin or not go into admin, is all very dodgy, because if true it's circumnavigating the rules.

Although personally I think the rules should be that, the rules. No need for decisions or appeals.

Admin = fixed points deduction (not phone calls or letters about zero points or removal from the league)
Coming out of admin = % points returned equating to % of debts repaid by new owners.

The penalty is fixed against the old regime, the new regime can effectively buy back the points by paying off the money that was overspent by the previous regime.

Is this why the date keeps getting moved back. RFL hoping that BFD have enough points so any point reduction does not matter.

The decision on Bradfords appeal has been put back to the end of the month, surprise surprise...

How complicated can it be?

It'll go the end of the season to see how many points they need to stay up. One positive for me if Bradford get some or all points back is that Agar cannot rely on their failure anymore.
