Is it just me or do half the people on this forum seem to work fo the club o know them? I feel such an outsider just being a plain old memeber of the public.

Don't think anyone on here works for the club and the Stadium guys have been around for years.

I've been involved with SWAG for a long long time and I'd guess not one person at the club (excepting some speccis)would ever have heard of my name. Hth

Can you please explain why you were in a meeting in a boardroom with the developers of Newmarket during the Christmas week close down?

Also what do you claim is 'not going to happen'... The development as a whole or the stadium, whose building is attached by law to the development?

I've heard updates on the stadium from this source well before ay announcements have been officially made (and he's a 50 year wakey fan) ...the lastest one I was told over a pint pot full of tears was that it's not going forward.

I know some will think I delight in telling you this but it's really not the case at all.

Wakefield are already pricing up a brand new stand at Belle Vue (long stand) which has been quoted at 5mil.

Lets assume what you've heard is accurate, which part isn't going to happen? The stadium or the whole development? It's not inconceivable that a lack of funds would derail the stadium aspect, but without that the rest of the scheme can not go ahead.
