| One piece of info missing from all this (seeing as how the Supporters' Trust was behind the event). Where does this leave the ST? Shares in the club?

It was an event organised by volunteers, a little harsh to criticise.

average of the audience must of been in the sixties

Only one Salford fan has got involved in this topic and in an extremely distasteful manner. Most Salford fans realised what an important meeting this is to you guys and have had the respect to stay out of it while you are getting real time updates. So,please dont think we are all like Red League.
Guess by me posting that makes it 2 Salford fans.

Pearson bellyached about paying too much for the club. It's not necessarily one and the same thing.

| Quote: lad13 "Ridings shop has to make money, reduced hours due to reduced staff levels. Lease on ship until feb 2014'"
I am baffled as to why we are wasting money on rent for a shop. I find myself watching the news and seeing that the high street is dying due to internet shopping, then see us propping up a sy shop in Trinity walk. The potential market for goods is, let's face it, us few thousand Trinity fans. A lot of shops are going bust with an entire public to aim at. The quality of said goods is, in part, poor. That shop needs closing and Trinity needs to improve it's on line retailing to it's actual customer base, not to showcase to a disinterested mass of the public

I read his salary was less than £10k, if so at least a doubling would be fair. If Trinity don't pay up he'll be off.

Isn't it part of the sponsorship with The Ridings? Reducing exposure in the City centre isn't the way to go.

What I've been suggesting for the last couple of weeks on this forum. Have the shop at the ground open on match days. As for the gear sold my brother brought his family up and went to buy clothing there and was disappointed with the quality and variety. Sell on line we don't have the fan base to support a shop.
Need to cut back on costs so once that lease is up in Feb 2014 please don't renew it when we're struggling to finance a squad. There will be little exposure with no team.
