What benefits do the club get from beer sales?

We get a set amount per month. So actual amounts sold doesnt alter that. However I do acknowledge that poor service has knock on effects

Whatever the deal is, it will be worse than selling your own, however a regular annual income up front or a monthly income could be more useful to the club when we go a long time without a meaningful home game and no or little food and beverage income.

I would say it comes at some cost.

I'm not revealing that on here.

But we negotiated a sum based on what we had sold in previous seasons so that it was guaranteed. We probably lost out on last nights game but bear in mind that it was originally going to be on a cold day in spring. I doubt sales would have been very high that day.

Seems like the club made a sensible decision and without knowing the figures it would be stupid to make assumptions. There will be other days it'll be beneficial but we won't have people crowing about it on here. We're very much a glass empty set of fans again it seems!

We now play in front of 10k not 5k

It's 100% profit for the club with little overheads staff/supplies.

The mark up on the bottom line makes it worthwhile.
