| I think our forwards need to absolutely smash their pack, because we look very patched up in the backs.
I reckon it could be similar to last year at their place where we dominated the game but could not handle the pace of their back line.

| I fear the worst. I agree with previous posters that despite being a natural half (goulding) back you must still produce the goods at half back at Championship level before the crack at Super League which he hasn't.
Looks like Lynne will play at centre with Lee Smith which may get exploited although I understand that we're probably concerned about the Pace of their three quarters and we may suffer even more if Mariano was there?
Who knows what will happen at 6 but I'd rather go with Washbrook for his previous experience at Hull playing 6 and the fact that he is very strong defensively. A steady head with T.Smith?
Kicking out of hand will have to be T. Smith and L.Smith I'd have thought?
We'll have a strong pack but I fear the worst and think Mariano and Wildie with their utility value need to start on the bench with Wilkes and Raleigh in case things don't work out with Washbrook or Lynne.
Come on Trinity give them a game!

Seems Unusual not to have him on the field'"
I'm not sure who said he wasn't playing for Dewsbury but he's been playing pretty much every game for the Ram's since he moved from Donny. He's had 3 MOTM performances as well.
He started off the bench last game but before that he's started a number of games, 13 I think. Funnily enough Kieran Hyde has been partnering him.

Vasty said he hadn't been starting.

| A few of you guys have stated you believe you will have the upper hand in the forwards, but I dont agree. If our 19 man squad is fully fit it includes Peacock, Lealuai, Delaney and Ablett. Four quality forwards that would walk into your squad. Even without Lealuai and Delaney 2 weeks ago the youngsters held there own against a big Warrington pack.

It'll be a battle and i don't go with the upper hand for one minute but please spare me Ablett, he'll pick and choose who he runs at, the smaller the better.
I look forward to seeing the leeds youngster and they'll let no one down.

I'll give you Lueluai, Peacock and Delaney (ablett I disagree)
But with those three it makes your pack look strong and I think it will be very hard for us to get on top in the forwards.

Our Prop, 2nd Row and LF options are as follows
Poore
Amor
Lauitiiti
Kirmond
Washbrook
Raleigh
Wilkes
Mariano
Annakin
If I was putting a pack together from our 2 combined teams then I would give you Peacock and Leuluai getting in along with Poore and Amor as the 4 props. No way Delaney or Ablett would oust Kirmond so would either be a better option than Lauitiiti? Not IMO which leaves both of them fighting for the 3rd bench spot (assuming 4th would go to a non-forward option) with Annakin, Mariano, Raleigh and Wilkes. I can't personally decide who would be the best option but to assume that all 4 of those you named would WALK into our squad is a little bit disrespectful.

| I guess we'll see shortly.
In this heat, I'd be having the young fit lads in.

Ablett is vastly under rated, keep an eye on him tonight and you'll see exactly what he offers, often carrying people on his back with a great leg drive and knows how to hit the holes too. He's an England international for a reason.

You've got a good pack don't get me wrong but I do honestly think Richard Agar would bite Brian Mcdermotts hand off if he offered him those 4 players. Ablett is genuinely under rated outside the Leeds bubble so I can see why you'd dismiss him, but for you to dismiss Delaney aswell is absolutely astonishing!! The first few rounds of SL he was the form back rower in SL by a country mile, he was coming out with ridiculous stats and was linked with a return back to the NRL. I can only assume you didnt catch much of Leeds prior to Delaneys injury?
If you absolutely steam roll our pack tonight then I will be the first on here congratulating you, and be looking forward to next week
