That's the problem, most supporters will look at the words biggest in clubs history and think all sorts of scenarios, only to be a bit of a let down.

Heres the link to the home website.
Really sorry but I dont subscribe to any form of on line gambling so I wont be parting with £10 to play bingo on line I am sure it will suit some people geting 200% back as an incentive and the offer for the club is great at £50 but its not the type of partnership deal that interests me.

I wouldn't go that far, but the fact that some think he is should be a cause for concern to him.

I would, I'm starting to get a little tired of it. I know he's done a lot for us... but does he think we are stupid? from twitter it sounded like the whole back team had been working hard making this deal happen, when they actually haven't had to do a thing. Also making us buy a programme... only to have a small paragraph about it doesn't seem professional and i know a few of us actually feel ripped off.

| If people were expect something massive the recent history would suggest your setting yourself up for a let down. What AG has done is create a bit of anticipation for something, encouraged people who ordinarily would not have bought a program and perhaps enticed a few mote people to an arguably unattractive cup game. He's selling a product and bigging it up, that's what he does. Take the tweets with a pinch of salt and let him get on with it.

Because they rely on people having a bit of fun with it, keeping their account open and adding to it when they keep losing.
I'd like to know how this is OK but last year it was not OK for us to sell SL sponsorship to a betting firm, instead giving it away to Stobarts for nothing except a few trucks (which apart from Magic weekend I think I saw 4 of in the entire year of their sponsorship).

The sponsored trucks are still out there though, saw three the other week... It was Richard Lewis who didnt want Befair as the sponsor he has now left, leaving fat boy slim to do what he wants and attract any sponsorship he can..

What works in selling double glazing, doesn't work in rugby league. He, and his advisors, should have learned that by now.

I don't think it's too shabby at all, I'd be happy to pay £10 so the club gets £50 - and a chance at winning as well - just stick the tenner on one game and hope for the best.

That's probably about right. He's a salesman. Everyone is now aware of the deal. Just expect to be underwhelmed by any "big news", but from his point of view, you are aware of it. That's what counts in advertising.

Gambling is very addictive , they are hoping a good percentage of people give them more money and they also know that they will get most of the £20's back
