So when will we see the plans, can we see them before they're submitted or at least get a few teasers. Got told over the weekend that Yorkcort have been backed by the bank and everything's ready to go. Out of all our previous attempts at new stadia durker, roundwood, thornes park this is the one that's always had the feeling it was going to happen and to be honest it was/is our only option. Glad all the hard work is finally paying off. Love this club love this City.

I reckon the new stadium will be similar to the Lang tree stadium only with cladding.

It just confers the legal obligations. The planning conditions are ultimately more explanatory when it comes to the details of the actual obligations required.

So according to the plans the stadium is next to the Moorhouse estate so nice and easy to walk to from Stanley hopefully we can cut through Moorhouse/ bottomboat maybe sneak a pint in at the low un/rising sun. Things are looking good cant wait.

So the several million dollar question is has the expected buyer signed up for the big piece of warehousing yet?
