Whilst we are on about Kyle and Hull, rumours on their board that they have PJ in the bag.

Although just a rumour at the moment, my take on it if its rubbish great, if they have signed him then there will be some fans up in arms as usual but the fact is we cannot have our cake and eat it, time stops for no one and we need a career path forour younger home grown players, we have seen Kyle Trout and Lucas Walshaw step up for a few tasters this season along with Danny Cowling.

So if PJ stays great if he moves its an opportunity to develop from within. I really dont think there could be any arguments, if the club structures around playing are set up right (and imho they really do appear to be now) then this is the way forward. This would be the end product from club 1873.

I agree 100% with what you are saying, i feel Kyles future is in the balance and i would have hoped we could tip it our way.

We would be a better side next season building around him and Raleigh,wilkes/trout/james.

I think Amor has gone already, and good luck to him. He wasnt getting any game time at Leeds, Wakefield took a chance on him and he has been a good signing for the last 2 seasons for us.

There are too many rumours around him not to be true, same rumours we've heard for last 6-8 weeks he's signed for hull and leeds get the fee cos he's agreed a return to Leeds.

I hope its wrong but i've heard it from Leeds and Wakey fans so i reckon hes gone.

I have supported Wakefield since 75 and in that time we have never being able to hang on to our better players now when we look so close we again look like losing Johnson and Amor and maybe Wildie will we ever be able to hold our players I doubt it we will no doubt replace them with dross like Mason and Moore and we will be back to square one

Like Trout Walshaw Cowling etc but they are 2 seasons behind what we may lose

Add to this big Frankie we can all see it coming Leeds Wigan Hull etc will come calling mid way through next season

if it the case and he as agreed a three year deal to join hull for one dont want to see him in a wakefield shirt again.less than a year ago he agreed to a three year deal with us if leeds did not want him back but at the first oppertunity hes off.had he not been for wakefield he would still be in the leeds reserves and looking for a club now. lets look after our own and play james instead

these players hadnt signed a contract with us like kyle.he signed a three year deal where only leeds could scupper that.amd korky signed for salford when it seemed certain we where down and when we did the miracle and stay up he wished he had stayed.if kyle wants to go thats fine but id rather play players who will be here nxt season

Should Wigan drop Carmont and Leuluai because they're leaving, or should London not have played Le Barbu because he's retiring? It's just part of the game and whilst we would be sorry to lose Kyle, there may be little we can do about it - he's Leeds' to sell!

You play your best team end of and he's one of our best props so he must start in the 17 against Leeds next week. James is a squad player and hopefully develops further next season to get more game time. I agree with previous posts though its sad to lose any of the core 19 that have played so well in recent months.
