Going the other way are three teams, as yet unidentified, from Div4 who had asked to be demoted.
Common sense all round'"
Exactly.

| im a little dissapointed that we are in groups of 8 tbh, obviously two teams didnt want to be in the top group and have opted to be dropped down a league, siddal are clearly an unknown quantity and can be excused but i think its a little narrow minded from eastmoor who up until the last 6 months have been able to compete with the best teams and i dont think they have lost too many players,im sure they have there reasons for wanting to be in group 2.
again it goes without saying group 1 looks very tough and im sure there will be some cracking games throughout the year,we are cretainly looking forward to the challenge that lies ahead has will all the teams good luck to all.

| True what most are saying re challenging the players, I'm sure my side could finish top of two though they would develop further with a bigger test. I'm not sure all the players are quite ready for the step up, but they have worked very hard as a group to achieve all they have in a short time and have earned the chance to test themselves. Here's to a competitive season.

been back in the hosp with the quacks so this was news to me but the lad tells me that some have been up to or asked about joining crigg , i would not be surprised if Stanley rangers and oulton raiders don't chipped off a few decent players from moor. i too am disappointed as im sure east moor would of presented a challenge particularly at their own ground .
However they must know more about whats afoot at their place so i suppose if they were to turn up with 12 players every week and half were new to the game we would then be criticising the motion and stubbornness for not taking the option of going down and deninig rangers, oulton, cross a place .
enjoy yourselves at east hull , if you play to your strengths i know your capable of beating them but im not at liberty to explain how

Its a shame Eastmoor have dropped a division I always liked going up there. It seemed to add a bit of spice and produced some tough games.
Cup match for Crigg at Stanley this weekend.
should be a great game , not sure about the sub situation if its like the BARLA cup 17 only or if you can like i believe play all players ...maybe snowie/clan/bren could help . i think you can have all but i heard something today that differs from that .

totally agree with this as long as kid is comfortable within themselves , good luck for this season to the panthers and your young un and look forward as always to playing cas just like when i was at Stanley the better the opposition the better the match.

we only play 17 in the barla cup and you will also find the the coaches don't have to keep within the boxed area on the side lines

| under 12s semi crigg at Stanley called off a few moments in 2nd half with young Stanley lad needing attention from paramedics . looks like neck muscles injury (news from both crigg first aiders) after clumsy but not malicious challenge from opposition.
hope the lad is OK , if any one gets any news please let us know . my lad suffered same at training a few months ago they tend to shake them off within a few weeks. all the best to him.

| cas panthers went down 38-14 over at east hull,a bit of an unflattering score on us has with 10 to play the score was 20-14 to easts and we were really pushing them hard,a lot of subs were made and we completely lost our shape.
credit to east hull for going until the end and im sure both teams will have been happy with the performance and the workout in a game played in good spirit.
great hospitality from easts and we look forward to meeting next year.
