Ok let me add some facts to this post as you can clearly see there are some people who know some of them and some people who know nothing apart front usual gossip on here.

A visa does not 'come along nicely' its a process that one person at the border agency will carry out and make a decision based on the criteria. To be coming along nicely would suggest that mr glover is on the phone to them every ten minutes as they go through each criteria. "ok mr glover he has played enough games" said the Agent. "so there is one tick. Please call me tomorrow and i will confirm that he has no criminal record and he will get another tick". Call me on monday etc etc etc".......what a croc of crap. There is no.....coming along nicely....when it gets to the top of the pile its accessed and approved or not approved. im sure an applicant could get an update to see if its been approved but lets get real...they will be told its either still being processed or its been approved or its not. At that point the player will know. If you read Isaac john twitter, he just announced "Visa Arrived" the day it fell through his letter box. As both his and smith's were probably processed around the same time it could mean there are issues with Smith's or it could mean simply things happen quicker from NZ than Aus.
